Digital Property Record Issuance System

Instructions for Applicants (English)

  • The online property record system is searched only in the Urdu language. Therefore, applicants must ensure that their name and parentage are entered correctly in both English and Urdu so that the accurate record can be searched.
  • This facility is provided for issuance of Fard for Personal Record only.
  • The issued E-Fard cannot be used for sale, transfer, or any other transaction.
  • E-Fard can be generated only for Mauzas of District Peshawar that are already computerized.
  • Correct details of CNIC, Mauza, and ownership must be provided.
  • The prescribed official fee must be deposited online in the designated "E FARD PESHAWAR" account before submission of application.
  • The deposited fee shall be non-refundable.
  • Incomplete or incorrect applications shall not be processed.
  • The E-Fard will be issued and sent to the applicant's email address within three (03) working days.
  • In case of submission of false information, the Government reserves the right to initiate legal action.

ہدایات برائے درخواست دہندگان (اردو)

  • آن لائن پراپرٹی ریکارڈ سسٹم میں فرد کی تلاش صرف اردو زبان میں کی جاتی ہے۔ اس لیے درخواست دہندگان اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ اپنا نام اور ولدیت انگریزی اور اردو دونوں زبانوں میں درست طور پر درج کریں۔
  • یہ سہولت صرف ذاتی ریکارڈ کی فرد کے اجرا کے لیے فراہم کی جا رہی ہے۔
  • جاری کی جانے والی ای-فرد کسی بھی قسم کی خرید و فروخت، انتقال یا دیگر لین دین کے لیے قابلِ استعمال نہیں ہوگی۔
  • ای-فرد صرف ضلع پشاور کے اُن مواضعات کے لیے جاری کی جائے گی جن کا ریکارڈ کمپیوٹرائزڈ ہو چکا ہے۔
  • درخواست دہندہ شناختی کارڈ نمبر، موضع، خسرہ نمبرات اور ملکیت کی درست تفصیلات فراہم کرنے کا پابند ہوگا۔
  • درخواست جمع کرانے سے قبل مقررہ سرکاری فیس آن لائن اکاؤنٹ میں جمع کرانا لازم ہے۔
  • جمع شدہ فیس ناقابل واپسی ہو گی۔
  • نامکمل یا غلط درخواستوں پر کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔
  • ای فرد تین (03) یومِ کار کے اندر درخواست دہندہ کے ای-میل ایڈریس پر ارسال کر دی جائے گی۔
  • غلط معلومات کی فراہمی کی صورت میں حکومت قانونی کارروائی کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
